I was inspired by the pics of mr. romy ocon and the thread of tina mallari on bird shots she took along the coastal road and so i went looking for some birds. Dragged another friend along. Here's my attempt. I used a 70mm-200mm F4L with 1.4x TC. Could be better. Also should have paid more attention to my shutter speed. It's hard to track these birds bec they're very skittish.
