Hi... DPP users!

I found some problem at my S5pro and my friend's s5pro.

That problem was report frequestly to other country. so Nowaday, Almost Fuji destributors are supporting to fix it the problem. So, My friend and me visited to YKL.

YKL is called as a headquater of fuji in philippines.

We complained about it. But the answer was simple.

They don't have enough equipments to fix it.

So, What will I do next?????

My S5pro is still in warranty term.

(sorry for my poor english writing.. Thank you for seeing it n happy christmas;)

It may be the lens. Try it with another lens.

I've tested already. How could I make thread before did it? I've tested already with 50mm and
70-300 vr and 90 mm .

Because I was a little busy. so I didn't . asap I'll do.

if its still has warranty, they should not have given you an answer like that. what they can do is probably send it back to japan. though it should not cost you a cent, be prepared to wait for quite some time. usually it will take 1-2 weeks, maybe more. i hope it will be sooner for the both of you.
