im into mma during my highschool days. too bad i had my abdominal surgery which stops me from training. i do train with palencia under sir erwin tagle of submission sports phil :)

in the ground, thinking 3 steps ahead of your opponent is what gives you the edge. although longer extremities do help sometimes but can also be your bane sometimes :Grin:
